Word has been received of the death of Bryan Clay Brooks, 26, of Lawton.
Mr. Brooks passed away on September 4, 2024, in Lawton.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.
Clay was born on September 12, 1997, in Wynne, Arkansas. He grew up in Orange Beach, Alabama where he was the ultimate beach bum. He met his wife, Diana Lynn Woodward in December of 2018 while playing “Call of Duty”. They lived for a while in Arkansas before moving to Lawton in 2021. He enjoyed skateboarding and motorcycles and helped people through his line of work with Medical Marijuana. He also enjoyed videos games, gardening, and fishing.
He is survived by his father and mother, Dewayne and Lisa Brooks; his mother, Rachel Lynn Brooks; his wife, Diana Brooks; his siblings, Josh Brooks, Samantha Wright, Robert Wright, Matthew Wright, Michael Wright, Briana Wright, Samantha Wilson, and Savannah Lynn White; his aunts Monica Duke, Wendy Hammrick, Kristi Brooks, his brothers in law and sisters in law, Maria Christina Woodward, Dennis Woodward, Tony Woodward, and Roberto Alindogan; his niece, Lily Brooks; his mother in law, Eda Woodward; and many other loving family members and friends.
Mr. Brooks is preceded in death by his brother, Cody Wright; grandparents, Arthur Brooks, Earlene Brooks, and Dale and Donna Haskin; his father-in-law, Joseph Williams, and his brother-in-law, Jade Lee Woodward.
