Festus passed away on Monday, September 23rd in Lawton.

A proud graduate of Eisenhower High School, Class of 1978, Billy had a lifelong passion for sprint cars, dirt track racing, and bowling. Some of his favorite memories were spent bowling with his father and siblings. He was also an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and had a particular love for beans, his favorite dish.

Billy was preceded in death by his father Ray Williams, mother Lina Williams, and brother Eddie Williams. He leaves a large, loving family including many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

For over 30 years, Billy worked at the Fina Station in Lawton, where he formed deep bonds and considered his coworkers his second family. Despite his battle with cancer, Billy remained brave and resilient until his passing.

In tribute to Billy, we encourage you to wear Dallas Cowboys colors if possible. Reception to follow service in the fellowship hall at First Christian Church. All are welcome to come together in his honor.
