Starting Oct. 11th, Justuff Surplus will be giving away free Halloween costumes. This is the fourth year of the event. The costumes will be in various sizes. Owner Richard Philips said they will also be selling accessories for low prices.
“Nothing will be more than $5,” Phillips said.
These accessories include necklaces, teeth, and glow-in-the-dark items.
Justuff Surplus is at 708 W. Main. It is open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
