The Duncan Public Library will be hosting a pop-up event at Duncan City Hall.
The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday with Jessica Allmon, who is in charge of the library’s outreach and programming.
According to a post on the City of Duncan’s Facebook page, “If you don’t already have your library card, come make one with Jessica.”
The library previously held pop-up events on Sept. 4 at the Chisholm Mall and Sept. 12 in front of the Palace Theatre.
The pop-up events are part of the library’s celebration of Library Card Sign-up Month, which takes place all September.
According to a Sept. 4 post on the library’s Facebook page, “September is Library Card Signup Month, and that’s why we’ll be POPPING UP all over town this month to make sure everyone in Duncan can get a library card! We’ll also have information and even books to check out with us.”
