Julie Ann DeWolf was born on April 19, 1964, in Tulare, California to William and Louise (Gallager) Goatcher. She passed away unexpectedly at her home in Comanche on Monday, September 9, 2024, at the age of 60.

Julie enjoyed crocheting, watching television, and cooking, especially Italian recipes. On May 20, 2000, Julie married William DeWolf in California. They loved to travel together and spend time with family.
Preceded in death by her father, William, Julie is survived by her husband William of Comanche; mother, Louise; children: Jessica Johnson, Whittney Daggs, Adam DeWolf, and wife Christie; grandchildren: Noah Johnson, Gabriel Hodgson, Jasmine Hodgson; brother, Gary Goatcher; and sister, Mary Trammell.
