City of Duncan Public Works Department will be doing a roadwork project in two phases on West Elk Avenue beginning on Monday, July 28, 2025. Crews will be working during the hours of approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday until project completion.
First phase will be West Elk Avenue between Country Club Road and 12th Street. The second phase will be West Elk Avenue between 12th and 14th Streets. Local access to residential properties in the area will always be maintained. Drivers are urged to continue to use caution in this area, watch for workers and observe all construction signage.
